EBU Spring 2026 Registration
Registration for New Players for the Spring 2026 season of EBU’s Recreational Program will open on January 15, 2026. Returning Fall-Only players wanting to register for the spring season will also be able to register at this time.
Using PlayMetrics to Register
Elmbrook United uses PlayMetrics as its registration system, which is directly linked to Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. To register online for our 2025/2026 programs:
(1) Please click the registration link (when registration is open) and login to your account. If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions provided to create an account. Next, verify your email, primary address & phone, and add your players to your account. Once you’ve added players, you will be able to register. It is helpful if you include all parents/guardians that want access to the account as “Player Contacts”–this needs to be done for each player in the family.
(2) You will see which programs your player may be eligible for by clicking on “Club Programs” in the left hand menu.
(3) Please note that you can pay your registration fees using a credit card or through ACH (an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to PlayMetrics). Payments cannot be made by cash, check, or Venmo.
(4) EBU will communicate with all our members using PlayMetrics, so be sure to set up your communications preferences when registering. PlayMetrics allows you to receive emails, SMS notifications (text messages), and push notifications via the mobile app on iOS and Android devices.
(5) At the time of registration, all families will be charged a one-time per family Volunteer Fee of $150 for the year/season. Once you complete a volunteer job for each child enrolled in EBU, this amount will be refunded to you. (If you volunteer to coach or manage a team, you only need to complete that one job regardless of the number of players enrolled.)

SPRING 2026
Spring 2026 Recreational registration for New Players and Returning Fall-Only Players will open on January 15, 2026.
Registration for Spring 2026 will be open January 15 through February 28 with early bird pricing. After February 28, prices increase by $40 and space is not guaranteed. Returning Fall-Only Players should plan to register before January 30, however, so we may plan for open roster spots. See the registration link below to register.

- Registering a New Spring 2026 Player (Didn’t play in Fall 2025)–$230 before February 28 ($270 after 2/28) Note, the early bird discount will be applied at checkout. Cost includes a uniform jersey, shorts and socks. Placement is not guaranteed after 2/28. Make sure to choose the option “Spring Only 2026 New Player” when registering.
- Registering a Returning Fall-Only Player (Played in Fall 2025 and currently on a team)–$205 before February 28 ($245 after 2/28). Players will wear their uniform from fall and remain on their same teams. Make sure to choose the option “Spring 2026 – Returning Fall-Only Player” when registering.
- Volunteer Fee for New Players: A one-time Volunteer Fee of $150 per family will also be added for all new players, but is refundable once a volunteer job is completed for each child enrolled in EBU (coaches and managers receive volunteer credit for the whole family).
The Spring 2026 recreational season begins at the mid to late April, with first games primarily on Saturdays. The season concludes June 6 & 7 with our annual Bob Buss Tournament. Practices are once a week for an hour, either 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm. Practice days and times from fall will remain the same, unless coaches need to change. For new spring teams, practices are chosen by our volunteer coaches once teams are formed in early April. EBU Academy Teams (U7 through U10)
FALL 2025-SPRING 2026
EBU’s Academy Program is a Full Year program, with yearly registration opening May 15. There is no separate registration period in spring. If you are looking to join Academy, please contact Academy Coaching Director Kyle Lance at kyle.lance@elmbrookunited.com to see if spaces are available in your player’s age group.
Registration for EBU’s Fall 2025-Spring 2026 Academy Program will be open May 15 through June 30 with early bird pricing. After June 30, prices increase by $40. For more information, please view the website academy page. Academy is a full year program. See the registration link below to register.
