Elmbrook United has two adult teams. The Majors program has been playing now since 2019. The have had a lot of success, and continue to grow as a team. The team plays in the Milwaukee Premier League.
EBU also has a first division team, which started in 2023. Again, this team plays in the Milwaukee Premier League.
