Referees who center eight or more EBU recreational games during the spring or fall soccer season are entitled to receive the following bonus from Elmbrook United: $50 check from EBU and $20 gift certificate to Stefan’s Soccer.
To claim their bonus, referees should click on the following link to access the EBU Referee Bonus Form: https://forms.gle/JPYuLgaoSdt7AeUP9. Referees should fill out one form for each EBU game centered. The information from all forms will be recorded and sent to EBU automatically, then forwarded to Jon Schrantz, Waukesha County referee assignor, for verification. Upon verification, referees will be mailed the $50 bonus check and $20 gift certificate to Stefan’s Soccer.
This bonus offer applies to EBU recreational soccer league games only
