Registration for Fall 2026-Spring 2027 season of EBU’s Recreational & Academy Programs will open at 8:00 am on May 15, 2026. Please use the link provided below to access registration.
Using PlayMetrics to Register
Elmbrook United uses PlayMetrics as its registration system, which is directly linked to Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. To register online for our 2025/2026 programs:
(1) Please click the registration link (when registration is open) and login to your account. If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions provided to create an account. Next, verify your email, primary address & phone, and add your players to your account. Once you’ve added players, you will be able to register. It is helpful if you include all parents/guardians that want access to the account as “Player Contacts”–this needs to be done for each player in the family.
(2) You will see which programs your player may be eligible for by clicking on “Club Programs” in the left hand menu.
(3) Please note that you can pay your registration fees using a credit card or through ACH (an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to PlayMetrics). Payments cannot be made by cash, check, or Venmo.
(4) EBU will communicate with all our members using PlayMetrics, so be sure to set up your communications preferences when registering. PlayMetrics allows you to receive emails, SMS notifications (text messages), and push notifications via the mobile app on iOS and Android devices.
(5) At the time of registration, all families will be charged a one-time per family Volunteer Fee of $150 for the year/season. Once you complete a volunteer job for each child enrolled in EBU, this amount will be refunded to you. (If you volunteer to coach or manage a team, you only need to complete that one job regardless of the number of players enrolled.)

EBU Recreational Teams (U6 through U15)
FALL 2026- SPRING 2027
Registration for Fall 2026-Spring 2027 will be open May 15 through June 27 with early bird pricing. After June 27, prices increase by $50 and space is not guaranteed. See the registration link below to register. For Fall 2026, you may register for either the Full Year (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027) or just Fall 2026 Only. Fall-Only players will be able to register again in Spring should they wish to return.

- Cost: Full Year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027)–$340 before June 27 ($380 after 6/27); Fall 2026 Only–$235 before June 27 ($285 after 6/27) Note, the early bird discount will be applied at checkout. Cost includes a uniform jersey, shorts and socks.
- Volunteer Fee: A one-time Volunteer Fee of $150 per family will also be added, but is refundable once a volunteer job is completed for each child enrolled in EBU (coaches and managers receive volunteer credit for the whole family).
The Fall 2026 recreational season begins at the end of August, with first games primarily on Saturdays from August 29 through October 24. Practices are once a week for an hour, either 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm. Practice days and times are chosen by our volunteer coaches once teams are formed in early August. Teams will be formed according to new US Youth Soccer age groups. Often we can’t add players from the waitlist until we have enough coaches. Waitlist players with coaching volunteer parents have a stronger chance of placement. Thank you!
EBU Academy Teams (U7 through U10)
FALL 2026-SPRING 2027
EBU’s Academy Program is a Full Year program, with yearly registration opening May 15. There is no separate registration period in spring. If you are looking to join Academy, please contact Academy Coaching Director Kyle Lance at kyle.lance@elmbrookunited.com to see if spaces are available in your player’s age group.
