At Elmbrook United, We Put Players First
At Elmbrook United, we prioritize player development over external status or labels. We believe that enjoying the journey of youth soccer is just as important as the destination. Our professional coaching staff fully embodies this mission.
We do not speak negatively about other clubs or leagues. In Southeastern Wisconsin, players and families are fortunate to have choices—and we respect each individual’s right to find the environment that best supports their growth.
It is not the Elmbrook way to belittle, demean, or use disingenuous tactics to influence players. This includes using social media to take shots at other organizations or manipulate perceptions for the sake of recruiting. We believe in building trust through authenticity, not through online negativity.
You won’t find our coaches or directors sitting on the sidelines of other clubs trying to poach players. Instead, we focus on developing our own. We are proud of who we are, and while we welcome new players who want to grow with us, we will never resort to negative recruiting.
Make no mistake—we do pursue excellence. We are committed to winning the right way, while developing players who are capable of competing at the highest levels of the sport. Through unique partnerships with professional clubs, we create meaningful opportunities for player growth and advancement.
We are especially proud of our relationship with Major League Soccer (MLS), our country’s top professional league, and our partnership with the Girls Academy League (GA)—the premier platform for elite female athletes in the U.S. These connections help open doors for our players to reach the next level, both on and off the field.
What sets Elmbrook United apart is more than just our player development model—it’s our culture. We foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive atmosphere where athletes feel supported both on and off the field. Our outstanding facilities reflect our commitment to quality, giving players the space and environment they need to train, grow, and thrive.
At Elmbrook United, we develop, nurture, and promote. We strive to raise the standard of youth sports through honest, respectful, and positive interactions within the greater soccer community.
As the noise of tryout season grows louder, we’re here—ready to answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and offer support. We know we’re not perfect, but we will always act with integrity.
In the end, youth sports are about positive life experiences—about developing character, building a commitment to teammates, and learning the value of hard work. At Elmbrook United, children are the heart of everything we do.
To all players preparing for tryouts: showcase your abilities, embrace the game, and enjoy every moment. We wish you all the very best.
